MantidPlot: instrument window should refresh after masking

Description

If you select pixels from the Pick panel of the instrument window and mask them, you have to manually refresh the display in order to see that masked pixels in another color. Would be nice if the action of masking would do that automatically. Bug seen on Ubuntu.

Masked pixels from TOPAZ data and instrument view automatically refreshed showing mask.
