Harmonize Dimension and IMDDimension in MDEventWorkspace

Description

Remove the duplicate Dimension and use a IMDDimension-based object. Start to deprecate the getDimensionX, Y, Z, T in IMDWorkspace and MDHistoWorkspace in favor of a variable number of dimensions.

(In [10598]) Refs #2767: Deleted the API::Dimension object that was repeating what IMDDimension does. Changed MDEventWorkspace to use MDHistoDimension instead.
