Mantid running out of memory in long batch jobs

Description

In ISIS SANS batch reductions from a CSV any as loaded workspaces are to be deleted.

When running in batch mode, I see that raw workspaces are created, but then as the reduction progresses, they are deleted. This is commensurate with the ticket request.
