Description

The new cpack stuff is using more standard revision numbers. Standardize them with the kits built using other things and modify according to:

  • Major version: 1
  • Minor version: iteration number (currently 28)
  • Patch version: subversion revision number, maybe want something more sensible later.

This information should be set in CommonSetup.cmake so it can be used to generate the version string in the header as well.
