Create Mask tab in Instrument Window

Description

As agreed in a previous meeting, we should implement a mask tab for the instrument window. The user should be able to view and edit a mask, which should also include several masking shapes.

The save button was confussing as saving isn't enabled yet. The last two shape buttons should have a different tooltip as it is not obvious what they do.
