Improve PlotAsymmetryByLogValue custom dialog

Description

On Linux and Mac at least, the dialog comes up with some of the fields hidden. On the Mac, it appears to be impossible to resize it to gain access to the Output workspace field. Also, the invalid input asterisks should be hooked up.

Initial dialogs look good and can be resized. However, the invalid input asterisks are not present.

The validation stars appear but the algorithm doesn't actually run. You get an error message regarding assignment to an incorrect type.

Fix seems to work. Validation appears and the algorithm completes successfully.
