Mac installer: Wipe out old installation as a pre-install step

Description

The new cpack-based Mac installer leads to a version that doesn't start up if there was already a Mantid version installed using the previous installer. The reason is that the DataHandling and Nexus libraries have moved from plugins to MacOS so the old one's weren't being overwritten.

(In [11266]) Add a pre-install step to the mac installer that wipes out the old installation. Re #2933.

The installer kit for the current release (i.e. 1.28.11227) was patched with this modification.

The change currently wipes out the entire installation (i.e. /Applications/MantidPlot.app). This should be fine as it's all read-only anyway.
