The file widget should have an (optional) period number indication

Description

Probably only the ISIS SANS interface uses this right now and only when Mutli-period is ticked on the front page. With no file the period number is "?" A signal can change the period number to the number contained in the, subsequently, loaded file

Instead of a signal I'm now using a direct call to the method MWRunFiles::setNumberOfEntries() to change the total number of periods.

(In [11973]) The ISIS SANS interface now only loads one period at a time and displays the total number of periods re #3058 re #3059

Verfied with SANS00005512.nxs. Loaded a couple of different periods and verified that the reduced data was indeed different.
