Clean out VisIt code

Description

Since the VATES project is now going down the ParaView road, the VisIt code in the repository should be removed. It is not lost due to the wonders of subversion. This cleanup will also make the CMake build files for VATES less cluttered.

I think the deed is done. The only ways to verify this is to look at all the changeset or try to use the USE_VISIT flag on a system with VisIt installed. The flag will do nothing since the VisIt finder has been removed.

VISIT code and references gone. We can resurrect this if necessary out of subversion rather than have it kick-about in working copies.
