Odd color scaling in paraview using event nxs files.

Description

The color scaling and thresholding looks approximately reversed from what you would expect when visualizing in paraview.

The issue was that the default high threshold signal was too low (1e4 whereas signals commonly went up to 1e9 or so). Quasi-fixed by using a large default (in another commit).

We could also possibly change the default thresholds (create as separate ticket and assign to Owen Arnold if required).
