Improve script window editing capabilities

Required features:

  • Show whitespace - Displays markers for spaces, tabs & line ends
  • Tabify/Untabify - Convert tabs<->spaces + options for inserting spaces as tabs and tab width
  • Block comment - Comment a whole block of code

Testing: Check that the Mantid Python script window has new menu options under 'Edit' and 'Window', and that they perform the actions above.
