This is simple modification to dgreduce script which allows to avoid diagnostics completely.The applicability of this is limited but instrument scientist requested it for some testing purposes.

System tests are fine with the change and used on the instrument to user satisfaction, so tester can just look at code changes (simple indeed) and accept it after code review.
