(In [3527]) Clean up a few scripts from the scripts directory. Some didn't work and were using very old commands so they have been removed. Others provide useful examples and have been updated and renamed accordingly. Re #861

Tested all scripts apart from the complex Inelastic and SANS ones. Good workout for the Mac build. All OK apart from the one that calls mtdHelp("AlgorithmName"), which no longer works! Notified Pete about this.
