Description

Create wiki page that explain how to convert fitting parameters specified in the fullprof parameter file for backtobackexponential into parameters for the mantid backtobackexponential function

Wikimaker does not work for functions, but I was able to find http://www.mantidproject.org/CreateBackToBackParameters and find it will be useful and indeed essential for work on ticket #8724.
