Update run-range tooltip

Description

Nick noted that it should be possible to search for an investigation with a specific run-range. This is possible in the current interface, though not obvious. For example, if you search with the run-range: 64271 the query that is performed uses BETWEEN 64271 AND 64271, which therefore returns that specific result.

I need to update the tooltip of the run-range to make this usage more obvious for the user.

This is a simple fix that addresses usability issues noted by Nick. I opted to update all elements that do not have an appropriate tooltip.

To test

  1. Log into the catalog.
  2. Open the Search interface.
  3. Hover over each element and ensure the description is clear and intuitive.
