IDA: ApplyCorr minor interface issues

Description

A couple of small points here:

  • The "plot contributions" option appears to do nothing whether checked or unchecked.
  • ApplyCorr removes the originally workspace and corrections file once it's finished. This isn't a huge deal, but it's inconsistent with what the rest of the IDA interface is doing.

Refs #8838 Prevent deletion of loaded workspaces.

This is consistent with the other routines in IDA.

To Tester

Check the following:

  • The plot contributions option is only available when the user checks"Use Can"
  • The input workspace is not removed when processing is finished.

You will probably need to run Calculate Corrections first to generate an input file.
