Mantid "show data" option incorrectly colours spectra as monitors

Description

To reproduce:

  • Open up any raw file
  • Right click > Show Data
  • Choose a lower range offset that excludes the monitors
  • Observe that the first n spectra are coloured when they shouldn't be
