re #8879: Ensures the Mask receives a histogram workspace

The crash was due to processing event workspaces assuming they were histogram. This fix, ensure that display receives a histogram workspace.

  • Resolution set to fixed

Because the error was introduced in this release, and it is serious, it should enter this release.

Tester: Go through the process described and check that it does not crash any more. Besides, it displays the mask correctly.

Obs: it used to crash the system in Windows, in Linux it just pointed an error.
