Adding WIKI comments for AbortRemoteJob and Authenticate. Also adding initDocs() functions.

Added WIKI comments and initDocs() functions to the remaining remote job algorithms. Also fixed a typo in the WIKI comments in the files from the previous two commits.

I read over the changes made, and copy/pasted the wiki pieces into the main wiki to verify the links worked as expected. The changes made for each algorithm are sensible and clearly highlight the purpose of each algorithm and their properties.
