A small change requested from Vicky & user feedback. For Calib: Peak is blue & backgrd green For Res: Peak is green & backgrd blue It’s the backgrd that causes the confusion, so can they be consistent – don’t mind which way round.

Refs #9098 Make range selector info only.
It's difficult to select the correct binning by dragging the range selector. This approach is also consistent with the way binning is selected on the Fury interface.

To Test:
Check that the colours of the ranges on the plots are now consistent with each other. (Blue for the peak, green for the background). Also check that the binning on the resolution file is now consistent with the binning on the Fury interface.
