Update POWGEN geometry

Description

  • Until this run-cycle nothing is changed
  • Runs 17486-17830 call the monitor "2"
  • Runs 17831-end of time call the monitor "1" (again)

It looks like the split can be done based on date with the schism happening March 10, 2014.

Now I'm told the changeover is actually effective March 4, 2014, but things between the 4th and 10th don't (currently) have a monitor at all.

To test:

  • Run 17486 has monitor2, 17947 has monitor 1
  • Load these and ConvertUnits to wavelength (requires correct positions)
