Remove testing code left in in error in #9355

Description

This test was previously skipped everywhere except on RHEL6. Code was put in to disable this skipping during 9355 and removing it was forgotten at the end of the work (though the tester should have spotted it).

It is a rather big smell though that this test gives a different answer on different platforms.
