Description

The MONCNT in the peaks file is 0 using the interface, but correct using the python scripts.

Check that MONCNT in peaks file is correct to test. Use default values of SCD interface in first 2 tabs for TOPAZ_3132. Then run SaveIsawPeaks on the peaks file and check that MONCNT inside file is correct.

This is good but needs to have the integration limits moved into the interface (#9460).
