Description

A discussion in the SANS Update meeting of 08/05/2014 highlighted the need for better interface documentation. We need:

  • A "?" help button on each tab, similar to elsewhere in Mantid, which will open documentation specific to the tab.
  • Some pages on the wiki for the buttons to point to. Steve King has said that this is something best written by an instrument scientist, and so he has offered to write this.

Refs #9430 - While we're here, change to "ISIS SANS".

As good a time as any to do this. We seem to use "ISIS SANS" and "SANS ISIS" interchangeably, so let's pick the one that brings us in line with ORNL SANS.

Refs #9430 - Remove old help button from 1D Analysis tab.

Also, add a couple of spacers to make things look nicer.

To test, make sure all the "?" buttons work in the bottom left of the interface. Each tab should go to a different page.

The pages themselves are empty, but the instrument scientists have said they will provide the contents.
