Cannot hide SINQ/POLDI algorithms in MantidPlot

I’ve noticed that even if I deselect SINQ>Poldi using View>Preferences>Mantid>Options it still remains in the Algorithm menu window.

Fixed issue where categories were not being hidden
Categories were not being hidden when a parent category was hidden. Now, categories are hidden whenever either the category itself, or one of its parents is set as hidden.

To reproduce the original issue:
From the main window of Mantid: View->Preferences->Mantid->Options. Deselect SINQ->Poldi but leave SINQ selected. The poldi category will continue to be visible in the algorithms list. Desire behaviour is that the poldi category is hidden.
With the changeset applied the original issue is resolved, and the poldi category is hidden correctly. I have tested that this works with other categories, and not just SINQ->Poldi, but it's recommended that the tester also confirm this.
