xUnit does work not on CreateSampleWrokspace

re #9596 added unit test case

Actually this should have been works for me, but I added a unit test case to prove it, so there is code to merge for the test.

To test

  1. Check the unit tests pass on develop
  2. with MantidPlot and CreateSampleWorkspace create a workspace with a unit of Wavelength
