More banks for MANDI geometry

Description

Include all banks like TOPAZ and use parameter, remove-unused-banks.

This is all possible TOPAZ banks plus bank5. Test with LoadEmptyInstrument for MANDI_Definition_2013_08_01.xml. I temporarily changed the dates and tested that the remove-unused-banks works for existing MANDI data with the new IDF.
