FitPropertyBrowser doesn't update parameters after fit.

Description

It happens randomly but only if the fitted workspace is not the first item in the "Workspace" drop-down box in Settings.

Re #9650. Blocking signals on workspace setting during fitting.

To tester:

  1. Open a couple of workspaces.
  2. Fit a spectrum in the workspace that appears second in Workspace drop-down box in FitPropertyBrowser.
  3. Function parameters should update after fit.
  4. StartX and EndX values shouldn't change.
