Indirect Bayes: Error not showing on non-Windows OSs

Description

Bayes uses F2Py and therefore is only supported on Windows platforms. An error should show informing the user of this on unsupported platforms, but doesn't. Find out why and correct it.

Refs #9735 Manually log the error.

sys.exit() no longer logs an error in the results log.

Non Windows.

Open Indirect Bayes and try to run each of the routines. You should receive an error for each one.
