Description
- "Mantid" links to http://docs.mantidproject.org/nightly/index.html,
and not to the homepage http://www.mantidproject.org as I would expect
- "Home" is "forbidden" (403)
- "Download" works
- "Documentation" is broken (404)
- "Contact Us" is broken (404)
- "Search" works

Remove the version suffix from the page titles.

Use the logo image as for the main mantidproject site.
Includes css to resize and pad the logo along with a new navbar template to point the href at the main mantidproject site. Refs #9758
