Description

Currently when loading bilby data the event data does not get connected to the bilby instrument

To test:

  1. open AutoTestdata/Bilby_EOS.bin in mantidplot and display event workspace in instrument view. you should see data, approximately, cones of intensity in instrument view
  1. optionally do show detectors to see that event data are wired up with instrument in workspace
