CreateTransmissionWorkspaceAuto failed for run SRF102935 and came out with the following:

CreateTransmissionWorkspaceAuto started
The input workspaces have overlapping spectrum numbers 3
Error in execution of algorithm ConjoinWorkspaces:
The input workspaces have overlapping spectrum numbers
Error in execution of algorithm PerformIndexOperations:
The input workspaces have overlapping spectrum numbers
Error in execution of algorithm CreateTransmissionWorkspace:
The input workspaces have overlapping spectrum numbers
Error in execution of algorithm CreateTransmissionWorkspaceAuto:
The input workspaces have overlapping spectrum numbers
The input workspaces have overlapping spectrum numbers

I can reproduce this:

  • Download the Surf file from ICAT, but any surf data file of ours will do
  • Run CreateTransmissionWorkspaceAuto, only specify the Input and output workspaces

Tester, follow the instructions above. Any SURF file would do. It shouldn't choke on this type of instrument workspace now.

Tested with SRF102935.

refs #9824. Stitch as part of process.

If stitch is checked, then the stitched output workspace will be generated as part of the processing. If it is done after, then it is completed as part of the plot process
