Instrument view: ignore monitors when deciding colour map autoscaling

Description

Monitors often have n orders of magnitude more counts, the automatic selection of the max values of the colour map should not consider values from the monitors.

To tester:

  • Load some data with and without monitors. Check that the instrument looks the same.
  • Check that the instrument view works fine for a workspace with all monitors and no data.
