This new page should contain information about dataset useful when we do testing and development, i.e. a reference place for getting hold of relevant datasets when testing and developing.

A talk with Anders showed that the example data sets would be those already used by the unit tests in
...\mantid\Test\AutoTestData or ...\mantid\Code\Mantid\instrument\IDFs_for_UNIT_TESTING .
Also I realised and pointed out that data created by test helper functions should also be covered, so that the a developer could use one of these, to avoid unnecesary use of a file.

I made some minor changes to emphasize the fact that new tests should not load files at all unless that is what they are actually testing. This extends to slimmed down IDFs as our XML parsing is really quite slow.
