Update website logos and icons

Tester: This didn't require code changes so there is no branch.

Check the following websites (both page icons and icons on the tab itself (favicon)):

• trac.mantidproject.org/mantid
• download.mantidproject.org
• www.mantidproject.org

+ any others I may have forgotten.

IE9 still shows the default favicon (the blue 'e') for download.mantidproject.org. Firefox on Windows shows the favicon correctly. Firefox on MacOS and Linux shows it correctly, too. Konqueror (KDE's web browser) does not show it correctly.

Tested on Linux, MacOS and Windows 7 using Firefox. Also tested with Konqueror (KDE's built in browser), Safari and Internet Explorer 9. Except as noted below, the new icons appear correctly. I also checked the github site, but we don't appear to use the Mantid icon anywhere on the pages and github controls the favicon, so we can't change it.

Issues:

• download.mantidproject.org showed the browser default favicons in Internet Explorer and Konqueror. (It displayed correctly in Safari and all versions of Firefox).
• trac.mantidproject.org/mantid shows the red bear paw favicon on all browsers Deliberately leaving the bear paw icon

Checked again this morning with IE9 and Konqueror. download.mantidproject.org looks good.
