Mac: The first time setup dialog is appearing behind the MantidPlot main window

This is on Mountain Lion. The relevant class is FirstTimeSetup.ui/h/cpp

It was not doing so on OS X Mountain Lion.

Tester: You'll need to delete any default.facility & default.instrument entries from your Mantid.user.properties file to ensure that the first-time setup window appears the next time you start MantidPlot. The problem on Mountain Lion was that it was ending up hidden behind the main window.

Installed Mantid to a mountain lion OS without Mantid installed before. The initial setup for the instrument works fine.
