Click Help -> Mantidplot Help should point directly to http://www.mantidproject.org/MantidPlot
The MantidPlot help page in qt-assistant should point there as well.

This is on feature/6953_mantidplothelppage.
Rather than changing the menu item to directly push to the wiki, I corrected the link. This also has a fix for the "Help"->"MantidPlot Help" observed on windoze.

The implementation of this ticket is not what was requested. It was requested that when user clicks on Help->MantidPlot Help he should be redirected to the wiki page.
It would be fine to move him to the offline documentation if this one would provide him the same or more information that the wiki page does. So, for this release, it is better just to try to redirect him to the wiki page. Then, we should create a new ticket for the next release to improve the documentation on the MantidPlot section and them make it the default destination as implemented here.
BTW, I've checked with @Nick before reopening this ticket, and I've reported our conclusion.
