Description
The WinXP systemtests are failing due to memory allocation errors. We don't care enough about 32-bit for high-memory requirement reductions anymore so just put a limit in on the test for it to be skipped.
The test is fine on Win7 64-bit with enough memory available.

Tester: The develop systemtests are actually failing at the moment but on XP they were timing out due to these particularly bug tests. I have run the is_test_winxp_develop job and it now completes and reports the expected failures.
