Description

The windows installer/setup says:

"1. Prerequisite: You must install ParaView from here"

where "here" links to ​http://download.mantidproject.org/VatesDownload.psp => 404 not found

Shouldn't it be updated to ​http://download.mantidproject.org/ or the direct sourceforge link?

Note that this is very closely related to #10484, and the fix for that ticket most likely also fixes this one.
