Description
Some things that the instrument scientists need to clarify for the new Refl UI:
- Which values should be rounded, to how many significant figures or decimal places, and when?
- What is the purpose of these adjustments?
- Should output workspaces be named IvsQ_{runnumber} or {runnumber}_IvsQ?
