Event filter gui - reset plot

Description

After using the gui once, selecting a new file does not reset the interface.

Refs #10359. GUI-reset is implemented as a new workspace is loaded.

For tester

  1. Load one Nexus file or run, set up filtering option and filter the data. Then load another run. You should see that the previous setup will be reset;
  1. Check whether the labels of X and Y axis of the plot are correct.

Hi Wenduo, I am reopening this ticket and returning it to the testing pool as I get a python ImportError when running the event filter. I would need to figure out what is causing the error before being able to test.
