Description

Since some reduction and analysis routines are fussy about the current facility having to match the instrument, it would be nice to have a button on the tabs next to the Mange Directories button that will open the Preferences page at the facility selection.

This is the wrong way to go about fixing this issue, the routines should not care about facility.

If this is still the case with certain analysis routines then a new ticket will be crated to find a better way to deal with the issue.
