Correct behaviour of point detector ranges in ReflectometryReductionOneAuto

Description

First we need to consult the instrument scientists as it's unclear whether ":" or "," should be used for ranges:

If ",", we need to change the ":" to a ",". If not, we can invalidate this ticket.

Yes point detectors can be kept separate.
