Improve Command link button appearance on linux

Description

The command link buttons on windows look really nice, but render quite differently in a not pretty way on linux (and perhaps mac - TBC).

It may be possible to use stylesheet to improve this behaviour on those environments.

To Test

  1. start mantidplot
  2. if you don't see the first time dialog use help -> first time setup
  3. The commandlinkbuttons (the big ones that link to the tutorials and release notes) should have a transparent background normally, and a semi transparent white background when hovering over with the mouse.

Tested by developer on windows, would benefit from a test on linux and mac

I checked on Linux: I can see the normal transparent background and the whitish semi-transparent background when hovering.

Appears as described on Ubuntu 14.04. Screenshot attached.
