Make wiki content for Muon ALC interface

Description

Essential to update wiki pages for ALC in connection with JRA report.

Hence update http://www.mantidproject.org/Muon_ALC with help from Jamie.

Note the content of these pages will then be linked to from the interface itself, but doing this is less urgent

For tester: just check that the wiki: http://www.mantidproject.org/Muon_ALC explains reasonably well how to use the ALC muon interface.

The wiki provides elementary help in use of the ALC interface. The pictures guide choices to be made by a new user. I expect further improvements will be made under other tickets.

I tested this using a download of Mantid 3.3 .

History shows that the changes were manually made and not compiled from any code that needs adding to Mantid.
