Preview Plot in the LineViewer

Description

The Preview plot in the LineViewer gives some weird results when the cut is applied. However the actual data is fine, and when you plot it using plotMD, the results also look ok.

I have not idea what the cause of this is, and the qwt plotting code can get complicated, so I think 2-days at least.

We never had a concrete example of this, but I suspect that the issues found and fixed as part of 10944 solve these issue. Particularly the false BinMD issue which we now capture.
