Filtered log graphs are incorrectly formatted

Description 

Test case:
File WISH29624 (use the nexus file to avoid link with another issue)
Log DecoupledCH4
  1. The graph scale is 0-1 (based on the filter value, not the data)
  2. The formatting for the data and filter seem to be reversed, filter is black and not shaded, data is grey and shaded.
