SANS interface can't read .dat files if the path specfication contains lower case

Description

Richard Heenan has the following problem. It is caused by the mask file reading Python function converting the path information to upper case.

Latest linux version does not want to open DIRECT_RUN524_4m_25Nov09.dat, referenced in mask file. Mantid seems to have changed file name to upper case letters, BUT then I made a file with upper case letters, and it still does not work. Says “invalid property” and then “file not found” – see attached. Previous linux version (of ~25 May I think ) was working OK Windows 32 bit works OK here. Richard

(In [5017]) SANS interface mask files -the dat file paths were being converted to upper case, took 1 hour, and the /INTERPLOATE option didn't work (1 hour) fixes #1352
