Mantid ASCII file import CSV using the TAB character

Description

You select Files of type to be Comma Separated Variable (*.csv) and Mantid helpfully sets the Separator as… a TAB character!

Works in 5922 - LoadAsciiDialog will not select Comma as default seperator for CSV files.
