Description
Running a merlin reduction is producing NANs.
Other comments from J Taylor:
- Switching instruments doesn't always work correctly.
- Saving doesn't seem to respect the given path, it always uses the Mantid property.
- It would be good to keep the a corrected white beam file in memory as this is used by many runs.

I gave Roman some incorrect testing parameters. All should be fine.
